Image Group International

Image Group International (IGI) is an Australian-based personal and business branding consultancy founded in 1989 by Jon Michail. The company provides services in executive coaching, personal branding, reputation management, and leadership development. IGI operates globally with clients across Australia, Southeast Asia, the United States, and Europe.

History

In 2024, Image Group International celebrated 36 years of operation. During the 1990s, IGI expanded its clientele to include executives, media professionals, and SMEs across various industries. The firm gained visibility following Michail’s front-page feature in The Age as Young Fashion Designer of the Year.

In the early 2000s, IGI extended its reach internationally, delivering leadership branding seminars across Southeast Asia, New York, and other markets. Michail partnered with global image experts including Dr. John Molloy, author of Dress for Success, and Robert Pante, author of Dressing to Win. Together, they led workshops throughout Asia-Pacific and North America.
